1 Coconut, chopped
2 Betel Leaves
1 tsp. Fennel Seeds
½ tsp. Roasted Coriander Seeds (Dhana Dal)
1 tsp. Cashews, soaked
¼ tsp. Cardamom Powder
1 tsp. Gulkand
¼ tsp. Vanilla extract
4 Dates, soaked for 3 hours
– In a mixer/grinder, grind water and chopped coconut together and sieve it to make coconut milk.
– Grind together betel leaves, fennel seeds, roasted coriander seeds, cashews, cardamom powder, Gulkand, coconut milk, vanilla extract and dates. Paan Shot is ready to drink!
