Ingredients

– 2 Cups of Mixed Vegetables (Peas, Carrots, Potatoes, Cauliflower, Green Beans)
– 1/2 cup Cubed Paneer
– Oil
– Salt
– 1 Cup Tomato Puree
– 6 – 7 Cashew Nuts
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
– 1&1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
– 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
– 1/4 tsp Garam Masala

Method

– In a heated pan put 1 tbsp of oil & add salt vegetables and mix everything well.
– Add water to it and let it boil till all the vegetables get boiled properly.
– Meanwhile in a bowl pour tomato puree, tomato ketchup, and yogurt and batter the mixture.
– Take the vegetables out in a bowl when the water has dried out and the vegetables are nice & soft.
– In a heated pan pour some oil and add cumin seeds, till the cumin seeds splutter.
– Add Cashew Nuts and frew till brown
– Add the coriander and red chilly powder
– Add tomato puree and mix everything well
– Once the mixture starts boiling, add the fried vegetables and Paneer. Mix everything well
– Add a salt a little and garam masala to whole curry.
– Mix everything well and the vegetable korma is ready to be served
