Ingredients

1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Onion (chopped)
Salt to taste
1–2 tsp Chilli Flakes
1–2 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs
2–3 Tomatoes (blanched & chopped)
Chopped Parsley
5–6 Fresh Basil Leaves (hand-torn)

For the Cheese Sauce:

2 tbsp Oats Flour
2 tbsp Butter
Warm Milk (as required)
1 tbsp Mustard Paste
Processed Cheese (as required)

For Assembling:
Grated Paneer
Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Sliced Zucchini
Sliced Brinjal
Sliced Mushrooms
Assorted Bell Peppers
Sliced Black Olives
Olive Oil (for drizzling)

Bake:
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes

For Serving:
Fresh Vegetable Salad
Garlic Toasts
Dried Herbs (for sprinkling)
