Ingredients

McCain Potato Cheese Shotz Oil for frying

For the sauce:- Olive Oil
3-4 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
1 Red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tsp. Tomato puree
3 Tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. Paprika powder
½ tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Salt Thick yoghurt

Method

– Fry the instant McCain Potato Cheese Shotz for 3 minutes.
– In a pan heat olive oil and add garlic, red bell pepper, tomato puree and cook for 4-5 minutes.
– Now add tomatoes, paprika powder, oregano and salt. Stir well and cook.
– Add McCain Potato Cheese Shotz and garnish with thick yoghurt. Vegetarian Shakshuka With McCain Potato Cheese Shotz is ready to eat!
