– 1 cup of wheat flour
– 1 cup of gram flour
– ½ tsp of ajwain Seeds
– 1 tsp Red chilli powder
– ½ turmeric powder
– salt to taste
– water
– 2 tbsp oil
– ghee
– chopped onion
– green chillies
– red chilli powder
– amchoor powder/ raw mango powder
– salt


– Mix together wheat flour,gram flour,ajwain seeds,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt to taste and mix the ingredients together.
– Also add some oil and mix it evenly
– Now add water and knead the dough and add some more oil.
– Knead properly and keep it aside to rest for some time.
– In a bowl add the onion, green chillies, red chilli powder, amchoor powder and salt.
– Mix all this ingredients properly.
– Make small round balls out of the dough and flatten them with rolling pin.
– Sprinkle the onion mixture and roll it again.
– Heat a pan and roast the rotis.
– Apply ghee and roast it properly.
– Missi Rotis are ready to be served!
