Ingredients

2 Panini bread loaf (slit from the centre)
Few salad leaves
2 tomato slices

For spicy spread (Mix together)
1 ½ tbsp. butter
8-10 fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp. coriander leaves
¼ tsp. ginger – chilli paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
¼ tsp. Red chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Some Pizza seasoning
Grated cheese (0ptional)

Method

Spread the spicy spread on the inside of the panini bread.Place the salad leaf and tomato slices, sprinkle pizza seasoning and a pinch of salt and roast with very little butter on a non stick pan for 2 to 3 mins OR cover with an aluminium foil and warm it in the oven for 6 to 7 mins.
NOTE: The butter spread is a spicy garlic mixture so cheese can be added to bring down the chilli and the strong garlic flavour.
