1½ tbsp Jaggery Powder

2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1½ tbsp Rice Vinegar
¼ tsp Garlic (minced)

1 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tbsp Water
add the prepared cornstarch slurry
1 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Oil
½ Onion (chopped)

1 tbsp Garlic Chives (chopped)
¼ cup Corn Kernels
1½ cups Cooked Rice
Salt (as per taste)
Black Pepper Powder (as per taste)
2 tsp Oil
½ tsp Ginger-Garlic (minced)
1 cup Broccoli Florets
¾ cup Oyster Mushrooms
add in 2 tbsp of prepared teriyaki sauce
