Ingredients
250 gm or 10 to 12 strawberries, hulled
250 gm (1 cup) soft paneer, grated
200 ml (3/4 cup) cream
65 gm (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Method
To begin with, clean and hull the strawberries. Grate the paneer. In a blender or a food processor, put in the hulled strawberries, the grated paneer, the cream, the powdered sugar and the vanilla extract and blend till smooth. Pour the mixture in glasses and chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Garnish with strawberries and serve.
