• 500 gms Raw Jackfruit (peeled & cubed)
• 4 tbsp Fresh Coconut (grated)
• 4–5 Garlic Cloves (peeled)
• ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
• 3–4 Green Chillies
• Water (as required)
• Salt (as per taste)
For Tempering:
• 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
• 1 tsp Split Black Gram (Urad Dal)
• 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
• ½ tsp Asafoetida
• 2–3 Dried Red Chillies
• A sprig of Curry Leaves
