Moong Chilla with Chutney Ingredients:
1 cup of Washed Moong Dal
1 cup of Water
2 Green Chillies
1 inch of Ginger
1 tsp Haldi or Turmeric powder,
1 tsp Salt,
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Oil
Ghee
Chaat Masala
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
Red Chilli Powder.
For Green Chutney
2 cups of coriander leaves,
2 garlic cloves
2 green chillies
1 inch of ginger (sliced)
1 tsp of Chaat Masala
1 tsp of Salt
1 tbsp of Lemon Juice,
2 tbsp of water
