1/2 cup mango pulp
1/2 tsp. green cardamom powder
1 & 1/2 cup hung curd/ yogurt
– In a sieve, pour 2 and 1/2 cup curd/ yogurt and refrigerate for 8-10 hours. Let all the water drain out.
– Take the hung curd/yogurt in a bowl. Add powdered sugar as per the sweetness of the mango pulp.
– Add the mango pulp and green cardamom powder. Mix well.
– Pass it through a sieve to get rid of the lumps.
