🔹 For Pickle Base:-
250 gms Raw Mangoes (washed, diced & sundried for a day)
Salt (as per taste)
1½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
🔹 For Spice Mix:-
1½ tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Black Peppercorns
2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
1½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
