Ingredients

15-20 graham crackers/ digestive
biscuit/Oreo
10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar Cheesecake mix
500 gms creamcheese, room temperature
250 ml sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract Topping
1 cup Strawberries
3 tbsp sugar
Orange rind Mint leaves

Method

In a pan heat 1 cup strawberries, 3 tbsp sugar and mash the strawberries with the help of fork, allow it to cook for a minute. For base In an electric grinder add 15-20 graham crackers/ digestive biscuit/Oreo,
10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, 2 tablespoons sugar and grind it into nice and fine powder.

For cheesecake mix In a bowl add 500 gms cream cheese, 250 ml sweetened condensed milk and blend it nicely. Add 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice and whisk it.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix it for the last time. In a glass add the biscuit crumb mix and make a smooth surface using a spoon. On top of it,
pour the cheese cake mix and refrigerate it for around 15-20 mins.
Add the strawberry compote and garnish it with some orange rind and mint leaves. Valentine’s Day Special Instant No Bake Cheese Cake is ready to be served!
