Ingredients
250 gms French beans chopped and boiled,
1/2 cup freshly grated coconut,
Few curry leaves,
1 tsp mustard seeds,
1/2 tsp coriander and cumin seeds powder,
1/4 tsp red chilli powder,
Salt to taste,
1 tbsp oil,
1 tbsp sesame seeds,
Coriander leaves,
Cashew Nut pieces
Method
– Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, cashew nut pieces. Allow it to get some color.
– Add curry leaves, french beans, red chilli powder, coriander and cumin seed powder, coriander leaves and salt to taste. Mix well.
– Add freshly grated coconut and mix them well. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
– French Beans Ki Sabzi is ready.
