Ingredients
60ml Melted Butter
3/4 Cup Condensed Milk
75ml Curd
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp Baking Powder
Method
– Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius
– Butter and flour a mold of your choice
– Whisk melted butter, condensed milk together for good 2 minutes
– Add yogurt and vanilla essence and mix well
– Sieve flour, baking soda and baking powder in the batter
– Fold in the mixture and pour in the prepared mold
– Bake in the oven for 25 minutes
– Knife should come out clean when pierced in the cake
– Delicious cake is ready to serve!
