Ingredients
80 gms. Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
¼ cup Cream
Method
1. In a cooking pot melt the butter slightly and add brown sugar to it.
2. Let the sugar melt on a low flame making sure it does not melt on the sides.
3. Once the sugar melts, turn the flame off and remove the pot from the heat.
4. Add the cream and mix with a balloon whisk.
5. Heat this mixture again and cook for 3-4 minutes whisking continuously.
6. Once the mixture turns glossy take it off the heat and let cool down to room temperature.
7. Use this caramel sauce over icecreams, pancakes and waffles. Caramel Sauce is ready to eat!
