Ingredients
6-7 Green Chillies,
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder,
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala,
1/4 Tsp Cumin Seed Powder,
1/2 inch Green Capsicum,
1/2 Cup Cheddar,
1/2 Tsp Amchoor Powder,
1/4 Tsp Coriander Powder,
1 Tbsp Oil
For Batter-
1 Cup Gram flour,
1/4 Tsp Red Chilli Powder,
1/4 Tsp Salt,
1/4 Tsp Coriander-Cumin Seed Powder,
pinch of Asafoetida
Method
– Take a sharp knife & slit the chilli and de seed it properly.
– Add together cumin seed powder ,achhar masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, amchoor powder ,salt and oil
– Take the spice rub and apply nicely into the chillies
– Mix the cheese and capsicum together
– Stuff the chillies with Cheese and Capsicum mixture
– Add together gram flour, Cumin & Coriander Powder, asafoetida, Red Chilli Powder, salt and water
– Dip the chillies into the batter and then fry them into pan full of oil , until they turn brown.
