Ingredients

Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
– 1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour/Maida
– 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
– 1 1/2 tbsp Caster Sugar
– 1 tsp Yeast
– 2 tbsp Yogurt
– 2 tbsp Oil
– 1/2 tsp Salt
– Milk
– Garlic(chopped)
– Coriander Leaves(chopped)
– Cheese

Method

Method:
1. Take all purpose flour, baking powder, caster sugar, yeast in a large bowl and mix it with your hands
2. Now, add yogurt, oil, salt, and milk to make a soft dough
3. Once the dough is made, start kneading it for around 5-7 minutes
4. Form a round shape of the dough. Cover it and rest it for around 10 minutes
5. Start heating a proper iron pan
6. Take the dough and cut it into multiple pieces; give each of them a round shape
7. Start rolling each piece of the dough one-by-one
8. Drizzle some water on the top side of the rolled dough, so the toppings stick to the naan
9. Spread garlic pieces, coriander leaves on the rolled dough, and roll it one more time
10. Now, Apply some water on the bottom side of the rolled dough, so that it sticks to the pan
11. Place the rolled dough over the pre-heated pan
12. Now, after some time flip the pan and let the naan cook directly on the flame
13. Once cooked, take it out on a plate and top it off with some cheese
