Bombay Masala Toast | Easy To Make Vegetable Sandwich Recipe By Ruchi Bharani

3 Boiled Potatoes and finely chopped,
2 Onions cut lengthwise,
1 Tomato deseeded and finely chopped,
1/2 cup boiled green Peas,
Coriander Leaves,
1/2 lemon,
Curry Leaves,
1 tsp Ginger chilli Paste,
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds,
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder,
1 tsp Sugar

Butter Chaat Masala –
Few slices of Bread
1 tbsp Oil
Coriander Mint Chutney –


– Heat a tbsp of oil in a frying pan
– Once the oil is hot add the mustard seeds and let it crackle
– Add curry leaves, half the portions of onion and cook it it its soft
РAdd the tomatoes, ginger chilli paste, green peas and saut̩ it for a couple of minute
– Add chopped potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, sugar, lemon juice, coriander leaves and mix all the ingredients well and cook it it a little
– when the filling is ready, turn off the flame and let it cool
– Meanwhile apply coriander mint chutney on the bread and add onions as well and sprinkle some chaat masala on it
– Put the filling on the bread and close it with another bread
– Apply butter on both the sides of bread and put it in griller
– The toast Sandwich is ready to be served hot and crunchy
