1½ cups Water
Salt – as per taste
½ tsp Sugar
300 gms Green Chickpeas (Hara Chana)
For Preparing the Masala
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Ginger – chopped
1 tbsp Spring Garlic Leaves – chopped
1 Green Chilli – chopped
1 Onion – chopped
Salt – as per taste
4–5 Tomatoes – pureed
For Spices
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
For Garnishing

250 gms Paneer – diced
Fresh Cream – as required
Coriander Leaves – chopped
Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi) – as required
