1 large – Bottle Gourd (Lauki), washed
1–2 – Onions, chopped
1–2 – Tomatoes, chopped
3–4 – Green Chillies, chopped
8–10 – Garlic Cloves
3 tbsp – Mustard Oil
2 tbsp – Oil
1 tsp – Cumin Seeds
1 tsp – Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp – Turmeric Powder
½ tsp – Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp – Raw Mango Powder (Amchur)
As per taste – Salt
As required – Coriander Leaves, chopped
1 sprig – Coriander Leaves (for garnishing)
