1 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
½ tsp Black Peppercorns
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
3 Cloves
2 Green Cardamoms
1 tsp Split Black Gram (skinless)
1 tsp Split Bengal Gram (skinless)
½ cup Raw Peanuts
5 Dried Red Chillies
2 tsp Desiccated Coconut
For Main Cooking:
500 gms Brinjals (slit)
250 gms Boiled Rice
3 Bay Leaves
A few Stone Flowers
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Split Bengal Gram (skinless)
1 tsp Split Black Gram (skinless)
1 Onion (sliced)
5 Green Chillies (slit)
10–15 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
Prepared Masala Powder (from above)
Mint Leaves (as required)
Coriander Leaves (as required)
Juice of 1 Lime
4 tsp Oil
Salt (as per taste)
