Rasam:
– 2 tbsp Oil
– 1 tbsp White Lentils (Urad Dal)
– 1/2 Ginger Paste
– 3 Tomatoes (chopped)
– 2 tbsp Rasam Masala
– 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
– 3 tbsp Tamarind Juice
– 2 tbsp Jaggery
– Salt
– 2 tbsp Spilt Pigoen Peas (cooked)
– 8-10 Curry Leaves
– 3 cups Water
Tempering/Tadka:
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
– 2 Boriya Red Dry Chillies
– 10-12 Curry Leaves
– 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
Vada:
– Urad Dal Bater
– 1/2 cup grated Coconut
– 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
– Salt
– 1 tsp Ginger & Chilli Paste
