1 tsp Mustard Seeds
½ tsp Split Black Gram (Urad Dal, skinless)
½ tsp Split Bengal Gram (Chana Dal, skinless)
4 Green Chilies – slit
½ inch Ginger – chopped
10–15 Curry Leaves
2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt – as per taste
2 tbsp Oil
¼ cup Water (for pressure cooking, or as required)
