Ingredients
1 – Cucumber (diced)
½ – Red Bell Pepper (diced)
½ – Green Capsicum (diced)
5-6 – Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
1 – Carrot (diced)
1 cup – Sprouted Green Gram
1 cup – Alphonso Mango (diced)
½ tsp – Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp – Black Salt
½ tsp – Red Chilli Powder
1½ tsp – Powdered Sugar
juice of 1 Lemon
1 tbsp – Oil
½ tsp – Chilli Flakes
¼ tsp – Garlic Paste
1 – Spring Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp- Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp – Red Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp – Ginger Juice
1 tbsp – Soy Sauce
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
A few Mint Leaves
1 tbsp – Brown Sugar
1 cup – Cabbage (shredded)
1 – Cucumber (julienned)
1- Carrot (julienned)
1 – Onion (shredded)
½ – Green Capsicum (julienned)
½ – Red Bell Pepper (julienned)
1 – Alphonso Mango (sliced)
juice of ½ a Lemon
Salt (as per taste)
add in the prepared Thai dressing
