Gatte ki sabzi is a popular North Indian dish, especially in the states of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. It’s made with gatte, which are Besan (Chickpea flour) dumplings cooked in a spicy yogurt-based gravy. We have made Gatte ki Sabzi EXTRAORDINARY using MAGGI Masala-Ae-Magic, which is a blend of 10 spices, roasted and blended to perfection, like Green Cardamom, Clove and aniseed which makes the dish aromatic, giving it an authentic flavour.
