Salt (as per taste)

For the Momos:
Cornflour (for dusting)
1½ tbsp Oil (for frying)
Water (as required, for steaming)

For the Manchurian Gravy:
4 tbsp WINN MANCHURIAN SAUCE
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 cup Assorted Bell Peppers (cubed)
1 cup Spring Onion Greens (chopped)
Cornflour Slurry
Spring Onion Greens (as required)
Coriander Leaves (as required)
1 tbsp Oil
Salt (as per taste)
Water (as required)
