Ingredients
Oil – 1 tbsp
Onion
– 2 small (chopped)
Garlic
– 8 – 9 cloves (chopped) Galangal
– 1 big pc Celery
– 1/4 cup (chopped) Lemon grass stalk
– 1 (chopped) Thai red chilli
– 25 – 30 Chilli garlic sauce
– 5 tbsp Light soya sauce
– 1 tbsp White vinegar
– 2 tbsp Cinnamon powder
– 1/4 tsp Salt
– 1/4 tsp
Method
– Heat oil in a pan and add onions to it
– Saute the onions for a few seconds and add cloves of garlic
– Add galangal, celery, lemon grass, thai red chilli, chilli garlic sauce, soya sauce, white vinegar, cinnamon powder, salt and mix everything well.. Saute this for a couple of mins and take it off the flame and cool it
– Grind fired onions in a smooth paste using a grinder
– Remove the smooth paste in a air tight contain jar and use as per need.
