Soya Litti Chokha Recipe | Healthy & High-Protein Litti Chokha | Ep-02 Nutrilicious Meals | Ruchi

Litti Chokha is a traditional Bihari dish that’s not only flavorful but also incredibly nutritious when made with Nutrela Soya Granules and Patanjali Spic. By incorporating soya granules, this version of Litti Chokha becomes a protein-packed powerhouse, making it an excellent choice for those looking to boost their protein intake in a plant-based way. The Litti baked or roasted, offering a healthier alternative to fried snacks. The Chokha, a smoky mash of roasted vegetables like eggplant, tomatoes, and potatoes, complements the Litti perfectly, adding layers of flavor and nutrients. If you’re gluten-free, you can substitute the whole wheat flour with a gluten-free flour blend. For those who prefer a lower-carb option, try using cauliflower mash instead of potatoes in the Chokha
