200 gms – Elephant Yam (diced & steamed)
1 cup – Curd
2 tbsp – Nutrela Refined Soyabean Oil
Whole Wheat Tortilla (half cooked)

1½ tsp – Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp – Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Salt (as per taste)
1 tsp – Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp – Raw Mango Powder
1 tsp – Sugar
1 – Green Chilli (sliced)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Ketchup (as required)
Marinated Onions (as required)
Nutrela Refined Soyabean Oil (for greasing)
Water (for boiling)
