Ingredients
½ kg Turnip (Shalgam) – peeled & cubed
250 gms Spinach Leaves – chopped
Water – for boiling
2–3 Green Chillies – chopped
1 tbsp Ginger – chopped
2–3 tbsp Green Garlic – chopped
For Thickening
2–3 tbsp Wheat Flour
For Tempering (Tadka)
2–3 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Ginger – chopped
1 tbsp Garlic – chopped
2 Green Chillies – chopped
2 Onions – finely chopped
3–4 Tomatoes – chopped
For Spices
Salt – as per taste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
For Garnish
White Butter – as required
