Ingredients
2 cups of peanuts
1 cup of sago/sabudana (soaked in water)
½ cup of peanut powder
salt to taste
11/2 or 2 tsp of sugar
2 tbsp of ghee
5 spicy green chillies
2 medium size boiled potatoes
coriander leaves
Method
– Roast the peanuts on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. – Grind it into nice course powder.
– In a bowl add soaked sago, peanut powder, salt, sugar and mix it well
– In a pan add ghee, green chillies and boiled potatoes and let the potato cook properly
– Add the sago and cook it properly
– Cover the lid and let it cook on low flame
– Sabudana Khichdi is ready to be served
– Garnish it with coriander leaves
