Ingredients

Ingredients:
For the Fried Rice 👇
1½ cups – cooked rice
½ – green capsicum, (chopped)
1 tbsp – garlic (chopped)
1 – small carrot (peeled and chopped)
2 – green chillies (chopped)
2 – spring onion greens (chopped)
Black pepper powder (as per taste)
1 tbsp – oil
Salt (as per taste)

For the Stir-fried Veggies 👇
½ cup – fried paneer (cubed)
1 – small potato (diced and steamed)
1 – onion (cubed)
1 cup – assorted bell peppers (cubed)
4-5 – button mushrooms (sliced)
½ cup – blanched broccoli florets
8-10 – blanched french beans
3-4 – blanched baby corns
½ – julienned carrot, blanched
1½ tsp – red chilli sauce
1 tbsp – oil
Salt, as per taste

For the Soya Chilli Sauce👇
1-2 – spring onions (chopped)
2 tbsp – garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
1-inch – ginger, peeled and chopped
2 – green chillies, chopped
1½ tbsp – soya sauce
2 tbsp – tomato ketchup
1 tbsp – chilli sauce
1 tbsp – cornflour
1½ cups water (½ cup initially, then 1 cup)
1 tbsp oil
Salt, as per taste

For Assembling 👇
Cabbage leaves
Fried noodles, as required
Spring onion greens, for garnishing
