Ingredients
Ingredients for White Sauce:
1 tbsp – Butter
1 tbsp – All-Purpose Flour
1 cup – Milk
Ingredients for Red Sauce:
1 tbsp – Butter
1 small – Onion (chopped)
1 tsp – Garlic Paste
1 – Capsicum (diced)
½ – Zucchini (sliced)
2-3 – Tomatoes (blanched, peeled & pulped)
1 tbsp – Tomato Ketchup
7-8 – Basil Leaves (hand torn)
½ tsp – Dried Oregano
½ tsp – Red Chilli Flakes
Prepared White Sauce (from above)
2 tbsp – Processed Cheese
100 gms – Penne Pasta (boiled)
Water (as required)
Salt (as per taste)
Red Chilli Flakes (for garnishing)
Chopped Parsley (for garnishing)
How To Boil Pasta 👇
Heat water in a pan and add salt to it.
Allow the water to boil.
Add the pasta of your choice and allow it to cook.
Make sure you occasionally stir the pasta.
Check if the pasta is cooked and drain the water.
Do not wash the pasta with cold water.
