For Making Puran (Stuffing) :
– 1 1/2 cup Chana Dal
– 1 cup Water
– Salt
– 1 1/2 cup Jaggery (Grated)
– 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
– 1/2 tsp Nutmeg Powder
– 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
For Making Poli:
– 1 cup Refined Flour
– Salt
– 1/3 Cup Water
– 1/3 Cup Oil
– Ghee
