Ingredients
1 tbsp water,
1.5 tsp gelatin,
1/2 cup cream,
3 tbsp maple syrup,
3 tbsp castor sugar,
1/4 cup white chocolate chips,
1 cup buttermilk,
12 strawberry (roughly chopped),
4 tbsp castor sugar,
1 tsp lemon juice,

Method
– Soak gelatin in water and keep it aside
– Add cream, maple syrup, castor sugar, white chocolate chips to a pan and heat it
– Whisk while its heating up and keep whisking till the chocolate chips melts and dissolves
– Add soaked gelatin to the mixture and whisk it again
– Add buttermilk, cook it for sometime and get it off the flame
– Add vanilla essence, mix it and strain it to get a smooth mixture
– Let it 15 mins to cool down and then refrigerate it for another 15 mins
– In a heated pan, add strawberries, castor sugar and keep stirring it
– Cook it till the sugar melts and strawberries cook without letting the sugar to get caramalised
– Pour lemon juice and mix it well
– Melt some sugar – On a tray, put a butter papper and make random design with the melted caramalised sugar
– Once the designs are set, peel them off and serve it with panna cotta and strawberry sauce
