Ingredients
250 gms paneer/cottage cheese,
1 large red bell pepper,
1 large yellow bell pepper,
1 large green bell pepper,
1 large sized onion,
Marination 200 gms hung curd,
1 tsp ginger garlic paste,
1/4 tsp ajwain,
2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder,
½ tsp turmeric powder,
1/2 tsp chaat masala,
juice of half lemon 1 tbsp,
mustard oil 1 tbsp,
butter for brushing,
Salt to taste Garnish Mint leaves Onion slices Lemon wedges.
Method
Cut the Paneer into thick dices, also cut the capsicums and onions into quarters.
– In a bowl add curd, red chili powder, chaat masala, salt to taste, mustard oil, turmeric powder,ajwain, ginger garlic paste and juice of half lemon and mix it properly.
– Add the slices of onions, peppers and paneer into the marination paste and leave it aside for 15 minutes.
– Place the paneer and veggies into the skewer.
– Heat some oil and butter and place the paneer tikka sticks and keep turning them until they cook from all the sides.
– Paneer Tikka is ready to be served!
