1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)

2 Bay Leaves
1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 Green Chilli (chopped)
3 Onions (chopped)
5 Tomatoes
1 Tbsp White Melon Seeds
9-10 Cashew Nuts
2 Kashmiri Red Chillies
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 cup Water
1/2 cup water

2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 Tbsp Tomato Purée
Gravy Base
100 Gms Paneer (grated)
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Sugar
Salt
1 Tbsp Dried fenugreek Leaves (Kashti Methi)
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp Fresh Cream
400 gms Paneer (diced)
Fresh Cream ( For Garnish )
Coriander Leaves ( For Garnish )
