Ingredients
2 Tomatoes boiled pureed and strained
1½ tbsp. Butter
2 Green Chillies slit
1 tbsp. Ginger Paste
1 tbsp. Garlic Paste
1 Onion diced
1 Capsicum diced
250 gms. Paneer cut into cubes
1 tsp. Chaat Masala
½ tsp. Coriander & Cumin Powder
½ tsp. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
Coriander Leaves 2-3 tsp.
Water 1 tbsp.
Tomato Ketchup
Spring Onions
Method
1. In a pan heat the tomato puree and make it thick and keep aside.
2. In another pan melt butter and add green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste, onion, capsicum, paneer, chaat masala, coriander & cumin powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
3. Add tomato puree and salt followed by coriander leaves and water.
4. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add tomato ketchup and spring onion. Paneer Chatpata is ready!
