Ingredients
For 6 glasses Juice of
12 lemons
3 tbsp. Ginger juice
12 tbsp. Sugar
For Shikanji Masala:-
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Pink salt
1 tsp. Pepper powder
1 tbsp. Roasted cumin powder
1 tsp. Aamchoor powder
Chilled Water
Ice cubes Mint sprigs
Lemon slices
1 tbsp. Sabja seeds
Method
Lemon Shikanji:-
– In a blender jar, blend together the lemon juice, sugar, chilled water and ice cubes.
– Serve in a tall glass.
Ginger-Lemon Shikanji:-
– In a blender jar, blend together the lemon juice, ginger juice, sugar, chilled water and ice cubes.
– Serve in a tall glass with ice cubes, mint leaves and a slice of ginger.
Mint-Lemon Shikanji:-
– In a blender jar, blend together the lemon juice, ginger juice, mint leaves, sugar, chilled water and ice cubes.
– Serve in a tall glass with ice cubes, mint leaves and lemon slices.
Shikanji Masala:-
