Ingredients

For the Dough:
½ cup – Wheat Starch
½ cup – Potato Starch
250 ml – Water
Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp – Water
1 tsp – Oil

For the Filling:
2 tbsp – Garlic (chopped)
10-12 – Button Mushrooms (chopped)
1 tbsp – Peanuts (chopped)
1 tsp – Red Chilli Flakes
1½ tsp – Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp – Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp – Red Chilli Sauce
Salt (as per taste)
Black Pepper Powder (as per taste)

For the Sauce:
3 tbsp – Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp – Rice Vinegar
½ tsp – Chilli Flakes
2 tbsp – Garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp – Red Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp – Water

For Assembly:
Cornstarch (for dusting)
Oil (as required)
Banana Leaf (for lining)
