1 cup Moong Vadi
1½ tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
A pinch of Fenugreek Seeds
½ tsp Asafoetida
1 Dried Red Chilli
1 cup Water
½ tsp Dry Ginger Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

½ tsp Black Salt
