Methiya Keri Ingredients:
– 500gms Raw Mango
– 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1 tbsp Salt
– 1/4 Split Fenugreek Seeds
– 1 tsp Asafoetida
– 4 Dry Red Chillies
– 3/4 cup Mustard Oil
– 1/8 cup Split Mustard Seeds
– 2 tbsp Salt (roasted)
– 1/2 cup Red Chilli Powder
– 1 cup Vegetable Oil
– 1/2 cup Castor Oil
