How To Make Methi Muthiya – 0:40
– 2 cups Fenugreek Leaves (washed & chopped)
– 1/4 cup Wheat Flour
– 1/4 cup Gram Flour
– 2 tbsp Semolina
– 1 tbsp Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilli Paste
– Juice Of 1 Lemon
– 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1 tbsp Sugar
– 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
– Salt (as per taste)
– 1 tbsp Refined Oil
– Water (as required)
– Oil (for frying)
How To Make Curry – 6:10
– 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
– 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
– 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
– 1/8 tsp Asafoetida
– 1 tsp Ginger & Green Chilli Paste
– 2 cups Tomato Puree
– 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
– 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
– 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
– 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
– 1 tbsp Sugar
– Salt (as per taste)
– Water (as required)
