Ingredients
– 80gms regular flour
– ½ tsp baking powder
– ¼ tsp baking soda
– 100gms of Condensed milk
– 80ml of melted butter
– 50ml Milk
– ½ Cup khoya/mawa
– Pinch of Cardamom Syrup
– ½ cup milk
– 1tsp of regular syrup
– Saffron strands
Method
– Add baking powder and baking soda in a bowl of regular flour
– Add condensed milk and melted butter and give it a stir, to it at milk and whisk it.
– Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ones and whisk it. Add Khoya/mawa and mix it.
– Add cardamom powder and mix it. Once done add the mixture in individual oval shaped tray’s which are lightly buttered
-Bake for 175C for 25 minutes
-Let the cakes cool down, de mold the cake and poke the cakes a little and pour milk and saffron syrup on top of it
– Garnish it with Almond and Pistachios Syrup
-Boil milk and add sugar. In a bowl take little milk and add saffron strands and mix it till it gets yellow color and add it back in the bowl.
