Ingredients

Paratha Filling
– Oil
– Cumin Seeds
– Curry Leaves
– Ginger Chilli Paste
– Churned Raw Green Peas
– Fresh Coconut
– Coriander Leaves
– Sugar
– Raw Mango Powder
– Garam Masala
– Salt to Taste Dough
– Wheat Flour
– Oil
– Salt
– Water

Method

– In a pan heat some oil and add cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger chilli paste, churned raw green peas
– mashed then while saute then add fresh coconut, coriander leaves, sugar, raw mango powder, garam masala & salt to taste.
– Stir it properly – Let the filling cool down completely – Knead the dough
– add wheat flour, oil, salt & water & let it rest for some time
– Take a big size ball of dough, dust some flour and roll it place the filling in the center bring the edges together seal it remove excess dough and start rolling it again.
– Roast the paratha on both the sides and apply some ghee on both the sides and let it roast on medium flame.
– Peas Paratha is ready to be served!
