Learn how to make Masala Baby Potatoes – A Recipe By Annuradha Toshniwal – Vegetarian Masala Baby Potatoes Thanksgiving Recipe (Serves 10)

Ingredients

1 kg or 6 cup baby potatoes
6 tsp red chilly powder
4 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder – roasted
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp. Salt + salt to taste.

Method

– Drizzle 1 tbsp oil on the baby potatoes. Mix well to coat. Bake in a hot oven till soft. Keep aside. Mix together all the dry powders + 1 tsp salt. Make into a paste with a little water.
Heat 1 tbsp. Oil. Add the paste. Roast for a minute.
Add potatoes and coat well. Cook till the water dries. Adjust salt.
Serve warm on toothpicks.
