Ingredients
pulp of 2 mangoes,
1 cup water,
1 tsp. butter,
1 tbsp. cornflour,
2-3 tbsp. sugar
Method
– Add 1 tbsp. cornflour to a cup of water. Mix well.
– Add 2 tbsp. sugar to a hot pan. Let it caramelise.
– Add cornflour water to the pan. Stir to avoid lumps. Let it boil.
– Once the sugar melts completely, add mango pulp.
– Add 1 tsp. butter. Mix well. Let it boil.
– Refrigerate and serve cold as an ice cream topping.
