3 – 4 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
3 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp Oil
1 Tomato (chopped)
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

How To Pressure Cook The Kulthi Ki Dal – 3:38
1 cup Horse Gram (soaked)
1 tbsp Salt
3 cups Water

Tempering The Kulthi Ki Dal – 5:28
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
