Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
Curry leaves
Ginger (finely chopped)
Asafoetida
Turmeric Powder
350 gms baby potatoes ( boiled )
1/2 cup coarsely ground peanuts
1/2 lemon juice
Coriander leaves
Method
– Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger, asafoetida, turmeric powder to heated pan with oil in it
– Add the green chillies, potatoes and toss them to mix all the ingredients.
– Add peanuts, salt, lemon juice, coriander leaves and toss them and mix everything well.
– Serve the dish hot
